Perry is a native of Oconee County, actually born in Walhalla, SC and has sold real estate since 1977! Being from the area gives him a true understanding of present and probable future values of real estate!

Sally is a licensed agent-REALTOR and is originally from Burlington, North Carolina but moved to Seneca in 1970. So in all reality she considers herself an almost native!

Perry and Sally met in 1975 and became best friends. They did not marry until May 15, 1993. A long story in itself but we will just call that the beginning for now! They have no children, but have two wonderful Basset Hounds, Rupert and Bessie, that are similar to children.

They are FORMER top producing RE/MAX agents that decided that the view was better when they were steering the Boat! So in December of 1997 they decided to hang our their own shingle. Thus, Perry and Sally Rogers REAL ESTATE INCORPORATED. It was the best decision they have ever made, except for marrying each other.

They have a Home on Lake Keowee, which they enjoy, and when time permits they go sailing on their Catalina 30 Sailboat on Lake Keowee! It truly is one of their favorite escapes! Oh yes! They were also married on their sailboat................…..PartnerShip!
